The 2018 Pouilly-Fuissé comes from a single 1.5-hectare vineyard in Vergisson and undergoes some aging in stainless steel. It has a steely, focused bouquet with razor-sharp precision. The taut, fresh palate displays wonderful balance. Very harmonious, with hints of white peach and nectarine toward the sustained finish. Excellent.
