Dominique has divided this into 12 different sub-sections, each of which is picked separately at optimum ripeness. The young vines were declassified into the Mâcon-Villages (not offered en primeur), leaving only the old vines, a decision which shows clearly in the intensity and concentration on the palate. Beautifully fresh, with plenty of grip and density, this has a pure, fresh finish. Outstanding. Drink 2021-2027.
