Tequila Ocho is a "Single Estate Tequila", meaning that each harvest of agaves originates from a single field and yields distinctly different flavor nuances - thus proving that "Terroir" exists in the agave and tequila. All agave used for a specific bottling comes from one specific field, demonstrating the depth of flavor and aroma that the agave gives to tequila depending on its origin.
Unaged and honors the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena "Ranchos" through intense, lively and clean flavors.
Nose : Honey, cooked agave, spearmint and eucalyptus herbaceousness.
Palate : Orchard fruit and cooked agave sweetness, salinity in the form of olive brine notes. Rich, unctuous mouthfeel and long, spicy finish.
