Tequila Ocho is a "Single Estate Tequila", meaning that each harvest of agaves originates from a single field and yields distinctly different flavor nuances - thus proving that "Terroir" exists in the agave and tequila. All agave used for a specific bottling comes from one specific field, demonstrating the depth of flavor and aroma that the agave gives to tequila depending on its origin.
