For debit & credit card payments – we accept VISA and Mastercard. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PayPal. You do not need to create or have a PayPal account when using the PayPal checkout page.
For cash on delivery – we currently do not accept cash on delivery, but we are working on this service for the near future.
For bank deposits - you may deposit your payment to any of our two bank accounts indicated at checkout.

In light of the Christmas season, we have been receiving a number of your happy orders. Kindly allow a lead time of 2-3 working days for us to process and prepare your orders.

Should you opt to pick up your order from our La Fuerza retail shop, we request that you kindly settle your payment upon check out from the shop.happylivingph website.
Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your confirmation email will indicate your order number, items purchased and delivery details. Should there be an error or change in delivery details, please let us know as soon as possible.

In the event of inclement weather conditions, please expect a delay. Rest assured, we shall notify you in the event of a rescheduling of delivery.
We transport the items using our in-house vehicles and motorbikes.
Due to the number of happy holiday orders, we shall be transporting some bottles through a third-party delivery service provider to assist with the deliveries.
For deliveries within Metro Manila with a total amount under PHP 3,000 – a standard delivery fee of PHP 250 will be charged upon checkout.

You can enjoy free delivery within Metro Manila for a minimum purchase worth PHP 3,000. If your total purchase is below this amount, a deliver fee of PHP 250 will be charged for Metro Manila deliveries.
We are currently servicing deliveries limited within Metro Manila.
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, you may choose to pick up the wines at our shop personally or through a third-party delivery service provider of your choice. Booking will be made by customer.

The Happy Living Tasting Room is located in Warehouse 16A La Fuerza Compound, 2241 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.
Following the current GCQ guidelines - we are open for pickups only from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Yes, you may purchase your additional bottles directly at the Tasting Room. Our in-house assistant will gladly assist you further with your checkout and payment.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other codes. Discounted items (sale items) are also not eligible to be used with promo codes.
As a quick rundown – one promo code per transaction please.
Some promo codes may require a minimum purchase of a certain amount, depending on the mechanics and details. Not all promo codes would request a minimum amount to be able to enjoy the discount.
