Domaine de Vauroux

The Domaine de Vauroux was created in 1956 by the Tricon family. The history of the Domaine is intertwined with that of the revival of the Chablis vineyard. Jean-Pierre Tricon, Olivier's father, and Claude, his uncle, planted their first vines in 1972. They subsequently acquired multiple plots of land, ultimately creating a Domaine consisting of 13 hectares in a single block. The Vauroux farm, located on the heights of Chablis, was then primarily dedicated to working the vines.
