On a steep slope, on a hillside, planted on lean soil, the vine has no choice but to produce little but good: supporting dry summers thanks to its deep roots, its work is limited to concentrating the best of the terroir (limestone bedrock close to the roots and abundant sunshine) in its golden grapes.
