Brouca proves to us again that it is possible to make wines that are not heady, extremely full-bodied, and without acidity in its region of Languedoc-Roussillon. This blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, from vines planted on shale soils, is a perfect example of Frédéric's master hand. Strawberries and eucalyptus are delicately placed on a tannin-free texture for a wine that is drunk too quickly.
