Open, accessible aromas of ripe apple and flowers. The texture is rich and broad, yet there is enough acidity here to keep everything in balance. Lafon owns 0.88ha in the lieu-dit La Verchère, next to St-Véran. The grapes were fermented exclusively in large oak foudres.
